Friendly Staff and Excellent Service

During my stay, I encountered a situation where I had to shorten my trip. The staff at this resort showed utmost professionalism and empathy. They went above and beyond to find alternatives to compensate for my change in plans. It was like being treated by a team of superheroes, always ready to save the day and ensure their guests are happy. Their dedication and genuine concern for their guests make them truly remarkable.

Limited Experience with Requests

The location was stunning in the jungle. We booked luxury villa and could use wake-up service, available in it.

I had an incredible stay at K-Club in Ubud. The staff went above and beyond to meet all my requirements and their hospitality was exceptional. The two-bedroom villa with a private pool was definitely worth the money. The resort offers amazing facilities, including a spa with a breathtaking view from the jacuzzi. It's a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff treated me like family, always friendly and helpful. They even organized a memorable birthday celebration for my father, with beautiful decorations and a delicious cake.

Nothing to complain about at all. 😊

I must say, we got incredible value for our money at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning, with jungle views and a private hot tub on the balcony. The location was perfect, surrounded by peacefulness and tranquility. The staff at K Club were so attentive and treated us like royalty throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of vegetarian options.

the whole room was nice and particularly good and had coffee/tea making machines, a seating area and a work desk. open bathrooms, that included a hot tub, were cleaned daily. the staff members were very good.

Wonderfully attentive staff, beautiful pools, freebies like sunset cocktails and breakfast, stunning jungle views, private hot tub on balcony, exceptional restaurant, gym with jungle views, and a fabulous experience overall at the best hotel in Ubud!

Who needs convenience and ease of access? Just a small price to pay for the privilege of being tucked away in the jungle!

I was given spacious and huge room with a safari lodge style decor and a super king very comfortable bed, as example. Dryers, shower caps, and towels was a plus. The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning, close to the people at K Club who delivered excellent service and the beach club and taxis. Also, it was at walking distance from Uma Pakel Agro Tourism & Swing.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality of the staff. They were so attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch - we particularly loved the stunning views from the common pools, and the well-equipped gym with jungle views was a plus. Breakfast was a royal feast, with plenty of options to choose from the menu. We also appreciated the free shuttle service that took us to so many places around this city.

Great hotel, it has good restaurant and marvellous location to so many places. It has helpful staff. Food options are outstanding.
